About the Role

This is a full-time day shift position at our Luther Manor facility in Sioux Falls, SD. As a nurse, you'll be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. You'll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the care team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Document resident care and progress in our electronic medical record system
Qualifications

We're looking for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and are committed to our mission and values. To be eligible for this role, you'll need:

  • A current RN or LPN license in the state of South Dakota
  • Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Experience in long-term care or a related field
