We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Supervisor for a local production facility.
Work Schedule: 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, ranging from $20 to $23 per hour.

Key Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine operation, with a preference for candidates with a carpentry background.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is essential.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and proficient use of hand and power tools.
- Experience in training staff is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude are necessary.
- Assemble crates and pallets according to specifications.
- Oversee machinery and support team members as needed.
- Provide training to employees on blueprint reading, material handling, and assembly processes.
- Ensure adequate material supply for production runs.
- Monitor KPIs and other performance metrics.
- Assist the production supervisor with daily operational tasks.
- Operate additional machinery and handle materials as required.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
