Job Title: Senior Trial Attorney

About the Role:

At Morgan & Morgan, we are dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. As a Senior Trial Attorney, you will play a critical role in our team's mission to provide exceptional legal representation to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation to trial
- Represent plaintiffs in slip and fall, security negligence, wrongful death, and other cases
- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and demands
- Guide clients through the case process and interact with expert witnesses
- Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association
- Minimum 4+ years of personal injury premises liability experience
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume cases
