About the Role

Alarm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a technical field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
