Style Crest Enterprises Inc is on the lookout for a skilled professional to take on the role of E-Commerce Support Operations Manager for our Mobile Home Outfitters division. This pivotal position focuses on delivering exceptional service to our online retail clientele and reports directly to the Director of E-Commerce and Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the customer support team dedicated to our Mobile Home Outfitters e-commerce platform.
  • Work alongside management to define performance indicators for the Customer Support Team.
  • Design and implement a thorough training program for customer support representatives.
  • Establish an effective ticketing system to boost efficiency and support business expansion.
  • Incorporate web chat support to enhance customer engagement.
  • Formulate and execute an AI-driven strategy for the customer support division.
  • Lead the resolution of customer inquiries and issues, fostering strong relationships with key clients.
  • Guarantee outstanding customer service while maintaining profitability.
  • Develop approaches to effectively assist both business and retail customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in leading a customer support team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

  • Proficiency in establishing effective customer support systems and processes.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
