The Senior Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering analytical support for the procurement and sustainment of newly organized prepositioned war reserve materiel (WRM) equipment capabilities. This position is essential in advancing innovative combat and collaborative operational strategies within challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive logistics analysis to enhance the efficiency of WRM packaging, storage, and maintenance solutions for both garrison and expeditionary settings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact among clients, functional area managers, and materiel life cycle management activities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools to optimize logistics operations and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in developing and executing deployment planning products.
  • A minimum of 3 years managing War Reserve Materiel (WRM) planning, agreements, and training.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Strategic Level military staff role.
  • Proficient in Logistics Module (LOGMOD) and DCAPES systems.
  • Familiarity with agile combat employment concepts.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to produce effective reports, briefings, and correspondence.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Associate's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in joint, interagency, intergovernmental, or multinational environments.
  • Experience in leading planning groups or working groups.
  • Proven track record in resource allocation and capability provision to units.
  • Top Secret clearance preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Certification from the Contingency Wartime Planning Course.

Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Compensation Structure:

Compensation at Booz Allen is based on various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this position is between $84,600.00 and $193,000.00 annually.
