Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist/Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide individual and family therapy to individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders in a clinical setting. Your expertise and passion for helping others will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions to clients with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Complete required documentation in electronic medical records
  • Participate in staff meetings, treatment team meetings, and clinical supervision
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
  • Eligibility for licensure (LPC/APC, LCSW/LMSW, or LMFT/AMFT)
  • Associate or full clinical license preferred (LPC/APC, LCSW/LMSW, or LMFT/AMFT)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards
