Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of large-scale web applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to delivery, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects and features, including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering, Design, QA, and other organizations to manage and track deliverables.
  • Optimize process for feature development and implementation.
  • Manage relationships with developers, designers, and UAT/QA teams to navigate delivery dependencies.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Ensure successful project delivery, including on-time, on-budget, and within scope.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering Project Management, delivering software through a full project lifecycle.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing the lifecycle of web application development.
  • Former partnerships with developers, designers, and UAT/QA in the optimization of the user interface (UI).
  • Experience managing projects using both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies for software development.
  • Strong facilitation skills to drive a sophisticated, multi-functional, and comprehensive project plan.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, including presentation skills to all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or certifications in a related field.
