Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale software development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects and features, including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent projects and features, including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Optimize process on how features are built and implemented.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering, Design, QA, and various organizations to manage and track deliverables.
  • Understand and work on projects with multi-functional schedules, across Software Engineering and other Apple groups.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of Engineering Project Management expertise, delivering software through a full project lifecycle.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing the lifecycle of web application development.
  • Former partnerships with developers, designers, and UAT/QA in the optimization of the user interface (UI).
  • Building and managing relationships to navigate delivery dependencies.
  • Experience managing projects using both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies for software development.
  • Successful track record in cross-team and cross-organization collaboration.
  • Strong facilitation skills to drive a sophisticated, multi-functional, and comprehensive project plan.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, including presentation skills to all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience.
  • Self-motivated, focused, and self-sufficient with an interest in learning.
  • Actively tackle the technical challenges that can exist in delivering software.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and technical orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and/or certifications in a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
