Integrated Practical Training for Educators

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as trainee educators at Quantum Ventures. As a trainee educator, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the early childhood education field while pursuing a three-year practical integrated training program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a group at our kindergarten for practical training two to three days a week
- Attend theoretical training at a vocational college on the remaining days
- Develop skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care
- Work closely with experienced educators and colleagues to provide high-quality care and education to children
Requirements:
- Completed secondary school education in the health and social sector or equivalent
- Completed higher education entrance qualification and practical experience in the social field (at least 240 hours) or equivalent
- Completed intermediate school leaving certificate and a completed at least two-year vocational training in the social field (childcare worker or social assistant) or equivalent
