WPS Health Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineering Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Performance Engineering, Quality Engineering (QE) architectural roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance to QA and QE teams on Performance testing and non-functional validation during all phases of the development process.
- Work closely with internal clients, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and developers to recommend, design, and implement effective orchestration of Performance Engineering solutions.
- Develop and maintain the strategy roadmap, setup appropriate test systems, develop required logic and controller programs as necessary, to create and maintain performance capabilities.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent post-high school and/or related work experience.
- 5 or more years of related work experience.
- Experience with Performance Engineering and Non-Functional testing.
- Experience with Security Testing – SAST & DAST.
- 6 or more years of demonstrated development experience with an emphasis on QA and QE automation.
- 5 or more years of Quality Assurance and Performance Engineering or related experience in the field of Information Technology.
- Experience with multiple quality assurance platforms and methodologies.
- Remote and hybrid work options available.
