Job Overview

Samet Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Preconstruction Project Executive to lead our team in the Raleigh, NC region. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, quantitative surveys, and life cycle cost analysis studies for institutional, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage preconstruction budgets and schedules for projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of preconstruction services
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a lead estimating or preconstruction role
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Primavera scheduling
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
