  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners to enhance business development opportunities.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback for direct reports.
  • Oversee processes to review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Manage the development of lump sum bids and review for senior management approval.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of building construction experience.
  • Thorough understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Ability to provide accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of estimating documents.
