Sales Performance Associate

At Adam Hergenrother Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Agent to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads to set appointments for real estate agents.
- Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Assist in sales agent database follow up and answer potential customers' questions.
- Research and qualify new leads to ensure quality and relevance.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets is crucial to success in this role.
- A current LA Real Estate License is required, as applications without a current license will not be considered.
- Proficiency in MAC, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive is essential.
- Two years of sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- A focus on results, fearlessness on the phone, and attention to detail are essential for success.
This is a salary plus commission and benefits position, offering a competitive annual salary range of $24,000-$52,000.
