LPN Supervisor

Cooperstown Center is seeking a skilled LPN Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular facility rounds to monitor resident care and ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Supervise and monitor the assignments of aides to ensure proper workflow and efficient care delivery.
- Intervene in resident conflicts, outbursts, and behavior issues to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment.
- Supervise medication administration times to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up care.
- Facilitate communication among healthcare team members to ensure timely medical attention and care.
- Assist with late admissions and re-admissions, including paperwork and medication changes.
- Minimum 5 years of recent clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year of experience in Long Term Care or sub-acute care.
- Valid state LPN license and good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
