LPN Supervisor

Cooperstown Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular facility rounds to monitor resident care and ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of LPNs and aides to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Intervene in resident conflicts and behavior issues, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Oversee medication administration and ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Facilitate communication among healthcare team members to ensure timely and effective care.
- Assist with late admissions and re-admissions, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate paperwork.
- Minimum 5 years of recent clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in Long Term Care or sub-acute settings.
- Valid state LPN license and good standing with the State Registry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
