Executive Director, Commodity QIS Structurer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our Commodity QIS Structuring team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative and tailored Commodity and Commodity Derivative solutions for our Financial Institutions and Retail clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Structuring Group with daily activities and administrative tasks, including generating Cross Asset Derivatives and Quantitative Investment Strategy ideas that add value to Financial Institutions, with a focus on Commodities and Commodity volatility.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to Derivative pricing requests from sales staff and clients, leveraging Derivative Pricing capabilities in multiple asset classes.
- Perform market analysis in support of new product idea development and create marketing material to showcase our solutions.
- Collaborate with other groups in Capital Markets to provide best-in-class solutions for our clients.
- Knowledge of business/economics, typically acquired through a university degree and/or a combination of education and industry experience, with a strong preference for Mathematics and Engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Commodity Financial Market derivatives and systematic strategies.
- Knowledge of current financial markets and an understanding of current market and derivative transaction pricing.
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge, demonstrate competence, and add value to transactions and client relationships.
- Confident, assertive, and able to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, selling skills, and team player skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Python and SQL knowledge would be an asset.
