Lease Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Lease Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new rental properties, as well as assisting prospective tenants in finding their ideal home.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new rental properties that meet our high standards
- Work closely with landlords and property managers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase available properties to prospective tenants, highlighting their features and benefits
- Process rental applications, ensuring accurate completion and necessary documentation
- Prepare and issue lease agreements to tenants, and address leasing-related queries
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for tenants

Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or sales
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of fair housing rules and regulations

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum
