We're seeking an experienced Program Management Specialist to join our team and support the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile-Extended Range (AARGM-ER) program.

In this role, you'll collaborate with our Program Management Office (PMO) and Control Account Managers (CAMs) to plan, implement, and monitor Earned Value Management Systems processes. You'll analyze data, create financial reports, address issues, and provide recommendations to the program management office, customers, and internal senior leadership.

You'll be responsible for preparing and submitting internal and customer reports, including EVMS metrics, variance drivers, monthly program forecasts, reviews, Estimate at Complete (EAC), Estimate To Complete (ETC), and internal Sales, Operating Margin (OM), Cash, and backlog forecasts.
