We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Telehealth Specialist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a Telehealth Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch remote patient care services, including cardiac monitoring, SpO2 monitoring, virtual safety attendance, and epilepsy monitoring unit services.
Responsibilities- Monitor patients' cardiac health and alert healthcare providers to any irregularities
- Monitor blood oxygen saturation and ensure patients receive the necessary care
- Provide virtual safety attendance and ensure patients' safety and well-being
- Support patients with epilepsy through our specialized EMU services
- Prepare, compile, and maintain technical and operational records for all telehealth programs
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as necessary
- Assist in gathering patient information between Telehealth services and units/programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months relevant experience
- No licenses or certifications required
