About the Role:
The Clinical Nurse will provide direct patient care, collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with complex medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective care coordination and communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Maine
- At least 1 year prior RN work experience, preferably in a telemetry setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
