Clinical Healthcare Professional

We're seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our team at Maine Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and principles to inform your approach.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Monitor patients' conditions, identifying changes and taking prompt action to address any concerns.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; current licensure to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Maine required.
- At least 1 year of prior RN work experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify potential crisis situations and take decisive action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
