Position Overview:
Spectrum Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider III to join our orthopedics team in Portland, Maine. This role offers a unique blend of clinical practice and teaching opportunities, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive direct patient care in the clinic and operating room (OR)
  • Managing a diverse patient panel, including routine follow-up care and complex cases
  • Supporting surgical procedures and participating in on-call duties
  • Collaborating with attending surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements and Qualifications:
We seek a highly skilled and dedicated professional with successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program, current licensure in Maine, and experience in orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical competence, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
