About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Program Manager of Sales Education to join our team. As a key member of our Employer and Producer Marketing Team, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of sales education and training initiatives that equip our sales teams and amplify best practices across markets.

As a Marketing Program Manager of Sales Education, you will collaborate closely with experts from Sales, Clinical, Product Development, and Go-To-Market, Strategic Communications, and other teams to develop and implement effective sales education strategies.

You will work closely with other members of the Employer and Producer Marketing team to forge a unified B2B training approach and partner with a content specialist to develop training modules and a technology manager to build the platforms for distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales education and training initiatives that equip our sales teams and amplify best practices across markets.
  • Collaborate closely with experts from Sales, Clinical, Product Development, and Go-To-Market, Strategic Communications, and other teams to develop and implement effective sales education strategies.
  • Work closely with other members of the Employer and Producer Marketing team to forge a unified B2B training approach.
  • Partner with a content specialist to develop training modules and a technology manager to build the platforms for distribution.
  • Represent Marketing at all core, cross-functional, and workstream meetings on assigned initiatives and projects.
  • Manage complex projects with multiple deliverables and interdependencies, resolving potential conflicts among stakeholders that may threaten successful project completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or communications or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven knowledge of the Health Insurance sales lifecycle, including proposal development, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Insurance product literacy, with the ability to effectively communicate complex product information to various stakeholders.
  • Seasoned project management expertise, with a demonstrated ability to facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration and drive results-oriented outcomes.
