Southwestern Advantage is seeking college students from all majors for a paid summer work internship position. This is an outside sales internship where students will learn how to run their own business and be effective in creating relationships with consumers. Students will have the opportunity to travel to another state and receive 100 to 300 hours of professional sales, leadership, and marketing coaching. The ideal candidate for this position will take over the following responsibilities and have these qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in consultative sales and communicate with families from diverse economic backgrounds.

• Build relationships and rapport with customers, and execute direct sales of educational products.

• Manage all aspects of sales, including ordering, inventory, accounting, scheduling, and delivery of product.

Essential Qualifications

• Must be a college student or college graduate with a positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic.

• Be teachable, coachable, and willing to learn and develop business skills.

• Demonstrate independence and decision-making abilities.
