Job Title: Service Operations Technician

Job Overview:

We are looking for a committed and dependable Service Operations Technician to become part of our team at National Water Services, Inc. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the sanitation and optimal performance of dispensing systems while fostering strong customer relationships. Your tasks will encompass cleaning, data documentation, issue reporting, and various activities aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Thoroughly clean and disinfect dispensing system components, ensuring all surfaces, nozzles, and handles are sanitized, and conduct quality checks on water.
  2. Precisely document meter readings and pressure data during service appointments, ensuring timely communication of this information to relevant parties.
  3. Promptly notify the appropriate teams of any maintenance or technical concerns identified during service visits.
  4. Build and sustain positive interactions with clients and store management, addressing any questions or issues with professionalism.
  5. Regularly restock informational materials, update equipment signage, and manage inventory to maintain an organized and informative environment.
  6. Take photographs of equipment for record-keeping, contributing to the visual documentation of service activities.
  7. Perform additional tasks as required to support overall operations and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate professionalism with strong time management abilities, showcasing the capacity to work independently and responsibly.
  • Possess a smartphone and be proficient in email communication for reporting and coordination.
  • Maintain physical fitness, including the ability to bend, squat, and, if necessary, navigate stairs or ladders as part of job functions.
  • Effectively communicate in English through both written and verbal channels.
  • Provide personal transportation for on-site service visits.

Compensation & Work Schedule:

  • Payment: $30.00 per service, with each service typically completed in under an hour.
  • Service Interval: Every 10 days, with a flexible window of 9-11 days.
  • Employment Type: Independent Contractor position (1099), with no benefits included.
  • Training: Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure proficiency in all job aspects.
