Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Contracting: Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with enterprise customers and company vendors.

  • Business Development: Advise Product on the rollout of new products and support third-party product distribution agreements.
  • Agreement Management: Manage agreements and disputes in a manner that complies with Company policies and risk tolerance.
  • Legal Advice: Provide clear and understandable legal advice to various groups, including Sales, Procurement, Product, Marketing, IT, and Communications.
Requirements
  • Education: JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of attorney work experience in commercial contracts, Government contracts, intellectual property matters, business development, and technology transactions.
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial Contracting: Extensive background in drafting and facilitating services agreements, sales agreements, licenses, and intellectual property agreements.
  • Government Contracting: Experience negotiating Government contracts and ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Technology Transactions: Experience leveraging CLM tools, including AI.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects under tight timelines.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively.
  • Law Firm Experience: Law firm and in-house transactional experience.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed.
Compensation

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is: $158,000.00 to $262,000.00 annually. Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
