Job Summary

The Director, Identity Access and Management is responsible for the overall strategic direction and governance of the IAM program across the enterprise. This role directs the planning, implementation/development, and operations of the overall IGA team, processes, architecture, and tools/technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Direction: Develop and implement a comprehensive IAM strategy aligned with CAQH's business objectives and security requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the IAM team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Process and Architecture: Direct the planning, implementation/development, and operations of the overall IAM team, processes, architecture, and tools/technology.
  • Resource Management: Acquire and manage the necessary resources to support all IAM functions, including leadership support, financial resources, and key security personnel.
  • Integration and Innovation: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IAM solutions across various platforms, including Active Directory, Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile devices, both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Compliance and Risk: Ensure overall IT strategy and architecture plans and standards are translated into IAM service programs, methods, and technologies as they align with leading IAM practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 in a senior leadership role (Director, V.P., CIO).
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Okta and IAG platforms, including configuration, administration, and customization capabilities.
  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications in CISSP, CISM, CIAS, CCSP preferred.
