Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:
The Cloud Gaming Partnership Manager will play a vital role in driving growth for Microsoft Gaming by targeting New-to-Xbox audiences with our Mobile and Cloud Gaming solutions. This position involves managing strategic partnerships with major technology partners, aiming to deepen and expand opportunities while aligning with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include leading partner onboarding, education, and expectation management, driving new business initiatives, and ensuring alignment through program management related to go-to-market (GTM) and partner relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5-7 years of experience preferred in the field of strategic partner management, especially working with big technology partners and managing deep relationships.
* Verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
* Data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and Power BI, as well as interpreting and presenting data insights.
* PowerPoint skills, creating compelling presentations, and visualizing data and concepts effectively.
* Experience working with subscriptions and understanding funnel management are plus points.
* Passion for gaming and understanding of cloud gaming are desirable but not required.
