We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Able Academics. As a key member of our ABA team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with our team of RBTs to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide training and supervision to RBTs to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Education, etc.)
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Clear background screening
- Eligibility to provide services through various insurance providers
