About Behavioral Intervention for Autism

We are an ABA Therapy provider delivering home-based services for clients throughout the State of Florida. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services, and we're looking for a skilled BCBA to join us as an Autism Intervention Specialist.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized BCBA to provide per diem ABA services to our clients. As an Autism Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, analyzing data, and maintaining clear communication with families, therapists, and administration.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Analyze ABA data to inform program decisions and implement data-driven changes
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
  • Maintain clear lines of communication with families, therapists, and administration
  • Conduct assessments as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • BCBA certification
