Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at Kinder Konsulting. As a Mental Health Therapist for Young Children, you will work with children aged 0-10 years, providing specialized mental health and behavioral services to young children in Central Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to children aged 0-10 years.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address developmental delays and disabilities.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in child development and mental health.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in a mental health-related field such as Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Licensure: Positions available for licensed, registered interns, or master's level candidates who are license-eligible in fields like Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with children aged 0-8 years in Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with childhood development.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening.
