At Maryhill Winery, we're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Winery Tasting Room Ambassador/Server. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, showcasing our award-winning wines and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our wines, including varietals, production methods, and pairing suggestions
• Assist with wine sales, tastings, and educational programs
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and efficient operations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance wine knowledge and service skills

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
• Knowledge of wine and wine service a plus, but not required (training provided)
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
