We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Wine Ambassador to join our team at Maryhill Winery. As a key member of our Tasting Room & Bistro team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, showcasing our wines and creating a memorable experience.

• Provide superior guest service, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our wine portfolio, including wine styles, regions, and pairing suggestions.
• Assist with wine sales, tastings, and educational events, promoting our wines and building relationships with customers.
• Work collaboratively with the Tasting Room team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on wine knowledge and industry trends.

• 2+ years of experience in the hospitality or wine industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of wine and wine service procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Competitive hourly rate starting at $20.00 per hour + tip pool.
• Participation in tip pool (calculating between $7-$10 an hour on average).
