About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our shopper marketing team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and account service, ensuring exceptional customer experience
  • Lead a range of projects, including seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, and in-restaurant digital assets
  • Collaborate with creative, project management, production, and strategy teams to develop compelling solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, key clients, and partner agencies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an agency setting, preferably in shopper or QSR marketing
  • Experience managing client relationships and account service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse teams
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
