Job Summary

Cynet Health is seeking a highly skilled Sterilization Technician to join our team. As a Sterilization Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper sterilization and processing of medical equipment and instruments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the proper sterilization and processing of medical equipment and instruments
  • Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and sterilizers
  • Inspect and test sterilized equipment to ensure it meets quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of sterilization and processing activities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of sterilized equipment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance sterilization and processing procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in sterilization and processing of medical equipment and instruments preferred
  • Certification as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Central Supply Processing Department Technician (CSPDT) preferred
