Key Responsibilities- Patient Registration and Scheduling: Ensure accurate and timely registration of patients, including verification of demographic and insurance information.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including check-in and check-out processes, and provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
- Telephone and Data Entry: Respond to patient inquiries, answer phone calls, and perform 10-key data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to healthcare staff, including preparing and maintaining patient records, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of clerical experience in an office or clinic preferred.
- Skills: World-class customer service focus, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to use web browsers and office equipment.
- Systems/Software Requirements: Ability to use electronic medical records, preferred.
