Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct vehicle diagnostics and calibrations.
  • Perform programming and scanning tasks.
  • Execute wire and connector repairs.
  • Support team members by sharing diagnostic insights and enhancing their learning experiences.
  • Engage with internal and external customers to assess supply and demand for Quality Talent Group services.
  • Collaborate with market management in weekly meetings to identify needs and strategies for company growth.
  • Safeguard and maintain equipment and company-assigned vehicles.
  • Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and diagnostics across all systems.
  • Proficient technological skills, including familiarity with Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.
  • Strong expertise in ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations, programming, diagnostics, and wire connector repairs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A continuous learner eager to develop new skills and expand knowledge for career progression.
  • Ability to maintain productivity with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods in automotive shop environments.
  • Energetic and motivated with a passion for the industry and a positive representation of the Quality Talent Group brand.
  • Solid understanding of electrical diagnostic tools, including multimeters and power probes.
  • Ability to read and interpret factory and non-factory service information.
  • Conduct vehicle health analysis scans using various tools.
  • Read and understand vehicle wiring schematics.
  • Perform wire connector repairs or replacements.
  • Program vehicles using factory or non-factory software.
  • Execute all levels of calibrations (Static and Dynamic).
  • Diagnose, correct, and verify all customer vehicle concerns.
  • Effectively communicate diagnoses in both verbal and written formats.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
