\t* Deliver exceptional service to members by identifying their financial needs and recommending appropriate Credit Union solutions
\t* Oversee the planning, organizing, and providing indirect supervision of branch staff
\t* Guide Branch Managers to achieve a strong growth plan through relationship development
\t* Set a positive example in both actions and attitude, reflecting the standards expected of all staff members
\t* Serve as a mentor to Branch Managers, fostering a team that demonstrates outstanding leadership, communication, employee relations, and operational skills
\t* Collaborate with branch managers and the COO to establish service levels, operational targets, and budget goals
\t* Monitor progress and follow up to ensure goals are met
\t* Work closely with the Human Resources and Training Director on hiring, scheduling, training, and developing branch managers and staff
\t* Identify and address substandard performance by counseling staff, encouraging input for corrective actions, and monitoring for improvement
\t* Serve as a key resource for mentoring and training in all areas of branch operations
\t* Handle high-level inquiries and resolve complex member issues
\t* Promote a professional appearance and attitude
\t* Basic computer operating skills such as email, Microsoft Office, etc.
\t* Other duties as assigned
\t* Attend meetings as required
