Contract Based Position

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Specifically, we are seeking an individual with extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementation.

  • Key Functional Expertise: Core HR, Recruitment (ORC), Workforce Compensation
  • Complex Problem-Solving: Identify, assess, and provide solutions for intricate functional requirements/issues on Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Client-Facing Experience: Interact with customers for requirement gathering, solution provision, configuration, testing, and go-live
