We are on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant who is self-motivated and career-oriented, ready to enhance their sales expertise.

NMS Recruit is a rapidly expanding recruitment agency specializing in various industries, including Telecoms, IT, Energy, FMCG, and Commercial sectors. Our team boasts over 45 years of combined experience, providing a wealth of knowledge and support.

The successful candidate will become part of our Sales Division, collaborating with a team of four consultants led by an experienced Divisional Manager. This team focuses on sourcing top sales talent for the IT, FMCG, Commercial, and Telecoms industries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities through effective lead generation and client relationship development.
2. Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
3. Manage the recruitment process from interviews to job offers and beyond.
4. Negotiate salary and compensation packages.
5. Finalize agreements between candidates and employers.
