Job Title: SAP FICO RTR Senior Manager

Employvision Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO RTR Senior Manager to lead our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Governance: Develop and implement SAP S/4 FICO and RTR business processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Financial Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and support of financial systems across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • IT Project Delivery: Plan and execute IT project deliverables with internal and external partners, driving end-to-end project delivery from solution design through to post-implementation support.
  • Process Development: Develop and roll out new processes, system configurations, and improvements, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our finance operations.
  • Migration Support: Play a key role in the finance workstream for the upcoming migration to SAP S/4, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to our business.
  • Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate risks when working with third-party software providers, ensuring the security and integrity of our financial systems.
  • Project Delivery: Drive end-to-end project delivery, from solution design through to post-implementation support, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Finance Partnerships: Partner with various finance functions, including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Audit, to support ongoing business needs and drive strategic initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in SAP FI and CO modules, with a proven track record in implementations and support.
  • SAP Expertise: Strong background in SAP configurations, including GL, profit center splitting, AP/AR, asset management, and product costing.
  • IT Project Experience: Experience with IT project lifecycles, including design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Integration Knowledge: Knowledge of integrating SAP systems with third-party finance applications.

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the consumer goods or manufacturing industry.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership in SAP S/4 implementations.
  • Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience.
