Job Summary

As a Sales Representative for Zimmer Biomet, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the orthopedic market. This position requires a strong understanding of customers and their requirements, as well as the ability to mentor and lead others based on proven sales track records.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons and healthcare professionals in the assigned area
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Collaborate with internal resources to plan and execute local educational and sales events
Support referral networks and educate referrals on Zimmer products
Adhere to all laws and Zimmer policies regarding interactions with HCPs, product handling, and complaints

Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 4 years' proven experience in orthopedic sales or 8 years' proven sales experience in the medical device industry
Ability to travel up to 95% by car and up to 20% overnight travel may be required
Expected compensation: $120,000 with a $70,000 target bonus
