Working closely with our President & CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will be instrumental in achieving our growth ambitions throughout the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management
  • Collaborate with the President, CEO, and senior leadership to analyze business trends, formulate strategies, and execute plans that enhance the company's market position and achieve financial goals.
  • Elevate the finance department by developing team members' skills, promoting financial literacy, and fostering a culture that balances entrepreneurial drive with financial discipline.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, financial forecasting, cost management, and timely preparation of both internal and external financial reports.
  • Establish and maintain processes that support the company's strategic objectives while ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
Risk Management
  • Administer the company's insurance, security, and risk management initiatives to minimize potential liabilities and property losses.
  • Manage legal, contractual, risk management, security, and insurance-related matters.
Banking Relations
  • Secure both short-term and long-term financing, maintain relationships with banking partners, manage cash flow, and coordinate banking activities with parent company executives.
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Accounting Department managers, ensuring effective direction, coordination, and evaluation of their work.
  • Perform supervisory functions in line with organizational policies and legal requirements, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic finance, treasury, or accounting roles.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
