Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Float Pool

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU Float Pool team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional care to patients and families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU Float Pool team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and excellent communication skills. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support the needs of our patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the ICU Float Pool
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and report patient condition to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current registration in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
  • 1-2 years of experience in ICU nursing or med/surg experience with a strong background in critical care
  • Ability to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
