Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Everett, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

About the ICU RN Role and Department

Our ICU is a state-of-the-art, 18-bed adult medical, surgical, abdominal transplant, and trauma intensive care unit that is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and families. We are a Magnet-designated nursing team that values collaboration, teamwork, and professional development.

Requirements
  • BSN strongly preferred
  • Current Massachusetts RN License required
  • MINIMUM 3 YEARS Recent ICU EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Surgical ICU experience preferred
  • Academic hospital experience preferred
  • C V V H experience and CCRN certification strongly preferred
  • Day/Night Rotation Including weekends and holidays required
  • 12 hour shifts
