About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Mass General Brigham. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions, and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and excellence by identifying and reporting safety concerns, participating in root cause analysis, and implementing evidence-based practices
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse licensure
  • BSN required; CCRN preferred
  • Experience in ICU setting preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
