Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level service and repair for a variety of appliances, including refrigeration, laundry, and kitchen appliances.
  • Conduct quality control checks to evaluate work performance and provide feedback to management.
  • Assist with customer complaint tasks resolution and promote the sale of all other services offered by our Company to customers.
  • Maintain and make recommendations as to additions or deletions of Company truck stock and equipment.
  • Work under minimal supervision and conduct safety audits to help manage the near miss program.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years work experience in appliance service specializing in at least two of the following skill sets: refrigeration, laundry & kitchen appliances.
  • Advanced knowledge and demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues and problems relating to the performance of appliance equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge in the tools and material and the ability to recommend procedure changes to meet special needs, and to adapt to changes in industry.
  • Gas fitter's license and valid Maryland driver's license.
  • Average physical ability (Bending, stooping and climbing ladders). Ability to lift objects of various weights.
