Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, utilizing strong clinical skills and judgment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Current Washington state RN license.
- At least 2 years of recent experience as an ER/Trauma RN.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS certification.
- 2 current clinical references.
- Physical TB records, current Tdap/Flu vaccinations, and titers for MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records.
- Ability to pass background and urine drug screening.
