The Program Facilitator - New Beginnings will be responsible for delivering the curriculum of the New Beginnings Program (NBP) and managing a caseload of NBP participants. This role will involve coordinating with assigned coaches and staff members to ensure the successful implementation of the program.
Key Responsibilities- Program Delivery
- Deliver lesson plans and create a safe environment for discussions.
- Identify barriers and inform coaches of any and all identified barriers related to their caseloads.
- Community Engagement
- Network with community members to identify potential service events for NBP participants.
- Coordinate and organize all pro-social and community service events.
- Caseload Management
- Perform liaison functions with referral sources and other community agencies.
- Organize and present job readiness preparation either one-on-one or in small groups.
- Participate in singular and group conferences in evaluating case problems and skill improvement.
- Reporting and Evaluation
- Track, document, and communicate program-specific metrics utilizing multiple reporting systems.
- Generate status reports and make adjustments as needed.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human relations, social work, rehabilitation counseling, criminology, or related fields with a focus on mental health.
- Skills and Competencies
- Program management skills, including organizing, monitoring, and evaluating programs.
- Technical knowledge of G Suite, MS Office, databases, the internet, and case management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and build collaborative relationships.
